Hello. I have a 2011 Lexus. It sat for as year without moving. The leaves built up on the sunroof and water came in thru the roof and the trunk filled up with water. This car was in trouble! Nevertheless it did not run. I took it to the Dealer and they wanted to charge me $10,000 to fix it and they had no idea what it was. They told me a rat had bit thru the harness which of course it was not. So I took to Randall. He worked on the vehicle. The car was there for almost a year and Randall would pull it in every night and he took all the time needed and never gave up. The circuit board was wet and destroyed. He had to do a true diagnosis for a very long time. Randall IS the Man. He fixed the nightmare. He saved me money by not letting the dealer try to fix it. So I strongly recommend Randall! I was truly impressed at his knowledge. Becoming a tech is tough and you must stay up to date. Randall is an advanced Level master technician. I have seen many techs in my life. Randall sure knows his stuff. I love his love for his wife and she works with him. He is a friendly Honest Man. They have built a Beautiful Business working the way it should! I'm blessed to find Randall. Accurate Care Is still where I'm taking my cars from now on. They do it all from Oil change to trans and engines. They are at the very top! They are up to date with equipment and knowledge which says so much. They are very serious about fixing vehicles correctly.
